Goal Activation Plan

Identify WHO you are now and WHO you will become to know your GAP's.

The first step of any personal development journey begins with identifying what your goals are by not focusing on the goals but focusing on WHO you will become through the attainment of these goals.

This worksheet will help you follow 3 key steps:

1 - Identify WHO you are now.

2 - Identify WHO you will become.

3 - List your core areas of growth needed to attain this person WHO you will become.

THE 7 AREAS TO FOCUS ON IN LIFE:


STEP 1:

Identify one or two areas from this list to start.

If you take on too much at the start overwhelm may result in no action.


Spiritual

Mental

Vocational

Financial

Familial

Social

Physical

STEP 2:

For each area identify WHO you are now, write this down under the section WHO I AM on the attached GAP sheet.

This can be generic.

IE: overweight, unfit.


STEP 3:

Now write WHO you would like to become in the right column.

Do not write a goal, write WHO you become after reaching your goal.

A goal could be 10kg lighter, or fit into my favourite outfit again. WHO could be Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Identify a role model, someone you aspire to be like or a specific identity that has a clearly defined description.

STEP 4:

Start to complete the GAP in the middle column.

This will include, skills needed, new habits, thinking, environment etc.

We are not getting finite with specifics, just an overview.
